STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS:

 

All Girls! The Mother Daughter Tea is not just a tea! There will be a Fashion Show with models from the Senior class. They will be modeling the latest prom fashions. There will be prizes and raffle items like: A makeover package from Gene Juarez worth $475!! also, tanning, manicures & pedicures and much more... Tickets on sale today and tomorrow during lunches AND from 2-3:30 at the High School ticket booth. Advance tickets are $4 or pay $5 at the door. Bring your mom, sisters, Grandmas or any significant woman in your life. The Tea is is this Saturday at 3! You won't want to miss it!!!

 

There will be Senior Party Registration forms available for Seniors to pick up at the Mother/Daughter tea table during lunches and at the ticket window after school. There will be a raffle drawing for all the Seniors who have Registered, Paid and have the email Liability Waiver completed and turned into Mrs. Nyegaard by Friday, May 30th.The prizes include Cerificates to: 1. Grand Prix Car Racing, 2. Edgeworks Rock Climbing or 3. A 3 time Super tanning package.

 

Hey do you sing?  Do you like being on a team with cool people?  Do you like getting in touch with your artistic side?  Then there is a Curtis Choir for you!   If interested in choir for next year, please come by the choir room, pick up an audition form and schedule an audition time.   Valhalla Vox auditions will be held after school on Monday May 19th and Tuesday May 20th after school.  Sign-up sheets will be on the choir room door this Friday.  Come sing with us - word.

 

Key Clubbers – this Saturday the food bank at UP Pres. Church needs help starting at 10:00am.  Please contact your officers if interested.

 

Don’t forget to take your ASB card to any of the playoff games you attend.  Soccer, Baseball and fast pitch this weekend will be $4.00 with ASB and $7.00 without.

 

Attention Seniors!

If you have a CUMULATIVE GPA of a 3.5 or higher you are an honor graduate!  Please come to Mrs Treakle's desk and pick up an Honor Grad recognition form by today!!  This information is critical for the Honor Graduate Assembly on June 2!!  If you do not complete the form, you may not be recognized at the assembly!!

 

Any senior may also pick up a Senior Scholarship Recognition form in the guidance office.  This is an important piece of information needed for the graduation program.  This form must be returned to the guidance office by May 19th, so be sure to pick your form up today!

 

Prom tickets are now available in student accounts.  They are $30.00 per person thru May 22nd and $35.00 per person starting May 27th.  You will not be able to purchase tickets if you or your date has any fines, so please take care of your fines now.  This year the prom is at the Hotel Murano and will go from 8:00-midnight.

Guest passes for prom are available now and are due May 22nd to Mrs. Treakle.

 

 

Career Center Announcements

Attention Students! If you filled out an application for the Planned Parenthood Teen Council last week, please come to the College and Career Center at 9 AM on Tuesday to submit your applications and receive your orientation.

 

Next Wednesday, May 14 Miss Morelli will be taking 15 students to Madigan Hospital for a Job Shadow Day. Please make sure you turn in your permission slip asap if you would like to attend.
