Conduct post high school studies. There are several researchers willing to collaborate with school

districts.

Parents and communities need to share with the communities.

Have students take the remedial placement tests from the colleges, perhaps as juniors

College admission GPA rating (i.e. U of W) is very useful.

Are follow-up surveys sent to alumni? (Event for alumni timed with college breaks?)

If students meet the standard they should be prepared.
