Calling all poets. Do you have a poem or two that you would like to see brought to life through art? If you would like to share your poetry in a unique way, please select one or two poems and bring them to Mrs. Reed in the library on or before June 1st.

Attention 8th and 9th grade boys!  The Curtis Water Polo Boys' Team is hosting their 2018 Fall Season Athlete Interest Meeting after school, 2:15pm, in the pool classroom on Wednesday, May 30th.  All boys interested in participating in the program should attend the meeting to acquire information about the upcoming season.  Team requirements and expectations, along with suit order forms and schedules will be handed out.  The boys polo team does not cut athletes and all who enjoy the water are encouraged to turn out.  We anticipate 12-15 athletes coming out who have never played polo before.  This is a great opportunity to learn the sport and be part of a team that has won three consecutive state championships!  If you cannot attend the meeting, but are interested in playing, please stop by the pool and talk with Coach Pic.  Hope to see you at the pool Wednesday, May 30th after school!

There will be a girls swim and dive interest meeting on June 7th, at 2:15 PM, at the pool.

There will be a pre-season informational meeting for the Curtis High School cross country team on Wednesday, May 30th at 2:15pm.  Both girls and boys teams competed at state this year, and we are looking to add more members to the team for next year.  We will be discussing the plans for this summer and the upcoming season.  Everyone is welcome, whether you are new to running or are an experienced runner.  The meeting is in Mr. Mangrum's classroom in room 406, just down the hall from the CHS cafeteria.  If you can't make the meeting, just talk to Coach Jacobsen or Coach Mangrum for information.
