    Attention all Cougars: Builders Club meets for the first time next Tuesday, September 26th, in the CJH Commons from 2:10 pm to 3:00 pm. There will be an activity bus available at 3:00 pm. All CJH students are welcome at BC. Come learn about BC membership and community service opportunities. You will receive one hour of service for this event. Builders Club is a fun, easy way to satisfy service requirements, meet new friends, and make a real difference in the world. BC: Be the change you want to see in the world.

    CJHS Freshmen!  Do you love science?  Do you enjoy science fair projects?  Come to the New Member Science Olympiad Interest Meeting at Curtis High School in room 411 on Monday, September 25th, at 2:15 p.m.  If you are unsure how to get to room 411, please meet outside Mrs.Bieber’s classroom at 2:05 p.m. and a Science Olympiad member will escort the group to the high school.

    Attention prospective National Junior Honor Society Members: All candidate information and application forms are due no later than September 29th.  If you have any questions about NJHS membership, please see Mrs. Viafore in room 114.

    Yesterday CJH Football traveled to Central Kitsap to play the second game of the season. The final score was 12 to 6 Curtis Cougars with the victory in overtime. Scoring touchdowns for CJH - Brayden Baker and the winning TD was a shovel pass to Quincy Jones from Brayden Baker.
